Directions
- Cut the meat into 2 or 3 pieces per serving, season with salt and pepper, and then dredge it in the flour mixture with the onion.
- Add the saffron-infused broth and continue to cook until the meat is done.
- Cook the beans and rice separately, drain them, mix them together, and simmer them in a stew.
- Cook the grapes separately in a little butter.
- On the plate, arrange the rice and beans, add the grapes and garnish, drizzle with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve the meat separately. ≈ 2 min
