Directions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry and grease a baking dish with olive oil. Set aside a small amount of the dough for later use. ≈ 3 min
  2. brown the chopped Allium sativum (garlic) in olive oil (about 5 tablespoons). Before the garlic starts to smell bad, add the chopped chili peppers and continue cooking. ≈ 3 min
  3. Add the frozen spinach and defrost it over low heat. This allows the flavor of the garlic to fully develop. Remove from the heat, cut the peeled tomatoes into quarters, add them, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the gratin dish with this mixture, add cheese on top, and then cover with a topping made from the remaining puff pastry. ≈ 3 min
