Plum cake
A traditional dessert from the western region, which is both delicious and full of flavour.
This prune cake is a specialty of the western Belgian region. Rich in flavor and texture, it is ideal as a dessert after a hearty meal.

Directions
- The chickens are thoroughly cleaned and washed with water and flour, then massaged with lemon juice. ≈ 3 min
- The water is brought to a boil, and then sodium carbonate is added. ≈ 3 min
- Next, we add the eggs and mix them in. ≈ 3 min
- Thoroughly mix with flour to absorb the odor, then rinse well with water. ≈ 4 min
- The chicken carcasses are placed in a pot, and hot water is added in sufficient quantity. ≈ 3 min
- Approximately 10 cups, then, after cooking, the skin is removed and the spices are added. ≈ 3 min
- After being tied to a piece of cloth and seasoned with salt, it is then cut. ≈ 2 min
- We add the onion to the boiling water, then we cut the bread into square pieces.
- The bread, small and placed in a shallow dish, is dipped in the sauce, and then distributed. ≈ 3 min
- Slices of pork on a piece of bread. ≈ 3 min
- First, create an Allium sativum (garlic) extract, then apply it to the face, and finally, spray with lemon juice.
- And some red pine, as well as hot coffee… ≈ 3 min
- Mix together half a cup of water with vinegar, the remaining garlic, and hot pepper to taste. ≈ 4 min
- A touch of desire, a pinch of salt, and served with semolina… ≈ 2 min
