Directions
- Preheat the oven to 250 °C.
- Heat the broth in a pot.
- Heat the olive oil in a wok-style pan.
- Once the olive oil is hot, add the rice and stir slowly (in a way that creates a swirling motion, but slowly, ensuring that the rice doesn’t stick). ≈ 4 min
- Continue to stir until the rice is “crisp” or lightly golden (avoid burning it). ≈ 4 min
- After that, the broth is added to the wok, ensuring that it completely covers the rice.
- Cover the wok and place it in the oven.
- After 15 minutes of baking, remove the wok from the oven, add the oil, season with salt, and check if the pasta is “al dente”.
