Directions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together, then sift them. ≈ 4 min
- Crack the egg and add it to the milk. ≈ 4 min
- Add the sifted dry ingredients and knead until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 10 min
- Roll out the dough into a long log and cut it into 1.3 cm pieces. ≈ 10 min
- Roll each piece up to 10 cm long, join the two ends together, and then twist. ≈ 10 min
- Deep-fry the food in hot oil.
- Remove the doughnuts as soon as they are golden brown. ≈ 3 min
- If you wish, you can soak them in a sauce.
