Directions
- Rub the fish with the salt. ≈ 3 min
- Fry it in hot oil, then remove it from the pan.
- In another pan, heat up some oil paint and then add the garlic, onion, and tomatoes.
- Pour the water, add salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Once it comes to a boil, remove from the heat and stir in the beaten eggs.
- Pour the sauce over the fried fish.
