Pear and guarana jelly
A light and refreshing dessert: poached pear pieces, served in a clear apple or passion fruit and guarana jelly.
This light and refreshing jelly combines diced pears, lemon, and sparkling guarana. It is best served chilled, either in individual portions or in a large bowl.

Directions
- Peel the pears, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a pot with the lemon juice. ≈ 8 min
- Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has reached a boil.
- Dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water, then add it to the pears and stir until melted.
- Remove from the heat and pour in the guarana. ≈ 3 min
- Divide the mixture evenly into a bowl or individual serving glasses, and refrigerate until set. Serve chilled.
