Directions
- Peel and wash the peaches, cover them with water, and cook them for 7 to 10 minutes until they are tender, then strain the liquid into another container.
- Mash the remaining peaches, pass them through a sieve, and return them to the filtered liquid. ≈ 4 min
- Add the sugar and citric acid, then heat until it boils.
- Add the cornstarch mixed with a little cold water, and cook until the kissel is ready.
- Pour servir, pour each glass or mold, and keep chilled, sprinkling with sugar to prevent a skin from forming.
