Directions
- Chop the tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces and put them in a salad bowl. ≈ 8 min
- Tear or chop the basil leaves into small pieces and add them to the salad. ≈ 8 min
- Salt, pepper, and then generously drizzle with olive oil. ≈ 2 min
- Mix well and place the salad bowl in the refrigerator.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. This isn’t essential, but it does improve the flavor.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain it.
- Pour the salad mixture over the hot pasta and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
