Directions
- If you want a more budget-friendly dish, replace the meat with firm tofu: fry it until it is golden brown.
- Bring back the garlic, onions, shrimp, and chorizo to the large pan.
- Add the vegetables. ≈ 3 min

- Bring to a boil.
- Season with soy sauce and pepper. ≈ 2 min
