Directions
- Peel the onions, wash them, and chop them into slices. ≈ 8 min
- In a bowl, combine the chickpea flour and all other ingredients with water to form a thick paste. ≈ 4 min
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan, then add the slices and fry them until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with black salt and serve. ≈ 2 min
