Directions
- In a frying pan, sauté the Allium ascalonicum and the chopped onions until golden brown. ≈ 3 min
- Add the diced vegetables, sauté them, sprinkle with flour, and then moisten with dry white wine.
- Finish cooking by simmering for 20 minutes (if necessary, continue to add white wine).
