Directions
- Make sure the chicken is thoroughly soaked in water, then drain it.
- In a bowl, combine onion, ginger, garlic, yogurt, dried chili peppers, parsley, cumin, turmeric, and salt to create a spice mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Add chicken to this mixture, then let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a pan, then add the fresh chili peppers and onions until they are slightly browned.
- Marinate the chicken in these ingredients, then cook it over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add tomatoes and Naga chili peppers after removing the water from the chicken. ≈ 3 min
- Cover the dish and cook over low heat until the meat is cooked through and the spices have had time to meld.
- Finally, sprinkle with warm spices, cover, and let simmer for a few minutes.
