Directions

  1. Wash the mulberries thoroughly and remove the stems. ≈ 2 min
  2. Pour the sugar and water into a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the mulberries to the boiling syrup and let it simmer for a moment longer.
  4. Once the desired consistency is reached, add the lemon juice and let it cool.
  5. Cut the fresh cheese into slices and arrange it on a plate. ≈ 8 min
  6. Spread with mulberry jam and serve. ≈ 2 min
