Directions
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the onions and finely chop them into small dice. ≈ 8 min
- Place the ground beef in a bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Add some garlic and season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Mix the ground meat thoroughly to ensure it is evenly distributed. ≈ 4 min
- Make meatballs using the ground meat. ≈ 10 min
- Spread the breadcrumbs evenly across a plate. ≈ 3 min
- The meat balls are turning inside. ≈ 3 min
- Peel the onions and finely chop them into small dice. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the hot peppers, dry them, cut off the stem end, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and membranes, and then slice them thinly. ≈ 8 min
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the meat balls until they are cooked through.
- Reduce the heat and add the onion and chili pepper, then let it simmer.
- Add broth and red wine, then let the sauce reduce.
- In preheated casseroles, pour and serve.
