Directions
- Place the meat bones in a pot or saucepan. Pour in cold water to cover the bones. ≈ 3 min
- Slowly bring the water to a boil and remove any foam that forms on the surface.
- Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Add them along with the salt and pepper. ≈ 8 min
- Let the broth simmer over low heat for 3 to 5 hours to allow the flavors to develop and become rich.
