Directions
- Wash the lemon thoroughly, dry it, and then cut it into slices. ≈ 8 min
- Place the steaks individually in a freezer bag.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Gild the steaks for 1 minute on each side, then remove them from the pan.
- Cook the lemon slices for 1 minute on each side.
- Deglaze with the broth and bring to a boil.
- Let the sauce simmer for 3 minutes.
- Drain the capers and add them to the sauce along with the meat. ≈ 2 min
- Adjust the sauce with sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the butter, let it melt, and mix. ≈ 4 min
- Serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
