Directions
- Combine the ground meat with the onions, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, and egg yolks in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Add the crushed garlic and chili powder, then mix until you have a smooth and creamy paste. ≈ 4 min
- First, roll the dough into small “cigar” shapes, about 12 to 14 cm long and 3 to 4 cm in diameter, then insert them onto wooden skewers. ≈ 3 min
- Grill the Khlav Kalash until they are cooked through. Serve with a can of crab juice!
