Directions

  1. Wash the beef, then mix it with salt, turmeric, and a small amount of yogurt. ≈ 4 min
  2. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, heat some oil paint in mustard.
  4. Next, add the fenugreek, mustard seeds, black pepper, and dried chili peppers, and mix everything together.
  5. Once the lentils are cooked, return them to the pan with the chopped onion and cook until they are golden brown.
  6. Next, add a mixture of garlic and ginger paste, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the spices (red chili pepper, cilantro, ground cumin, sugar, and salt), and continue cooking until the mixture thickens.
  7. Next, mix the remaining yogurt and add it to the marinade mixture.
  8. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 40 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add water if needed. ≈ 3 min
  10. Once the meat is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to give it a tangy flavor, then let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  11. Once the cooking is complete, when the tangy aroma and thick sauce are present, turn off the heat. ≈ 3 min
