Directions
- Combine the powdered sugar, rice flour, and cardamom, then add the dissolved saffron and melted butter with a little honey. Mix well, then gradually add the honey until you have a soft dough. ≈ 4 min
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a plastic bag, then spread it to a thickness of 1 cm between two sheets of plastic. Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter, decorate with pistachio powder, and store in a container before serving.
- This dessert doesn’t require any baking or cooking.
