Directions
- Choose your container: a small bowl and a fork, or a small whisk, or, for larger quantities, a clean jar or bottle (ideally, pre-rinse with baking soda for 15 minutes just before use).
- If you are adding salt to the vinaigrette, first dissolve a pinch of salt in the vinegar. ≈ 2 min
- Combine the vinegar and oil paint and whisk until smooth. In a jar or bottle, close the lid and shake vigorously. ≈ 4 min
- Add the mustard and pepper, then mix again. ≈ 4 min
- Pour the vinaigrette directly over the salad, or serve it separately in a small bowl so that each person can add as much as they like. ≈ 2 min
