Directions
- Wash the cucumber, peel it, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Finely chop it, salt it, and let it drain for about 15 minutes. Once it has released its water, gently press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, chopped garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Add the drained cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir. ≈ 4 min
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
