These cereal bars are made with flakes, toasted seeds, and cranberries, all bound together by tahini, honey, and date syrup. They can be prepared in a single mixing process.

Directions
- Dry-roast the sunflower and sesame seeds.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish and press it down firmly. If the mixture doesn’t hold together, you can briefly bake it in the oven, but this is generally not necessary.
- Cut into bars and place in the refrigerator. You can also store them in the freezer.
