Directions
- Sift the flour and mix it with the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and mix until you have a smooth dough. ≈ 4 min
- Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm on a greased baking sheet. ≈ 3 min
- Cut out even round shapes with a cookie cutter. Cut out the center of half of the shapes to make lids. ≈ 8 min
- Arrange the cookies on the sheet and bake at 150 °C for about 20 minutes, until golden.
- Spread the bases with jam and place the lids on top. Then coat them with sugar glaze. ≈ 3 min
