Directions
- The chicken is thoroughly washed, then steamed in water with bay leaves or juniper berries.
- We finely chop the onion, then sauté it in a pan with oil.
- We continue to stir until it becomes slightly wilted, then we add cumin and salt. ≈ 3 min
