Directions
- Peel the onions and chop them into small dice. Peel the garlic and mince it finely. ≈ 8 min
- Wash and dry the tomato, cut it into quarters, remove the stem and seeds, then dice it. ≈ 8 min
- Place the ground meat in a large mixing bowl. Add the onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, and egg. ≈ 3 min
- Mix everything together to form a smooth dough, then add the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. ≈ 10 min
- Knead the dough again gently, then form rolls approximately 1.5 cm thick and 6 cm long. ≈ 10 min
- Cook the rolls in the center over a grill or in a grill pan with a little fat.
