Directions
- Rinse and pat the fish fillets dry (if frozen, thaw them first), then season with salt. Peel the apples and slice them. Finely chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
- Grease a baking dish with margarine, then place the fish fillets, potatoes, and onion in the dish. Season with salt and pour over with milk. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
