Directions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and then add the peeled cloves of Allium sativum (garlic) and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Remove the crumb from the baguette. ≈ 3 min
- Heat the milk on the stove.
- Add the chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, and fresh parsley. ≈ 3 min
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
- Add a whole nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the dish during cooking for added flavor. ≈ 3 min
- Bring the sauce mixture to a boil, stirring with a wooden spoon, until it reaches a relatively smooth consistency.
