- Rinse the shrimp and drain them. Season with cayenne pepper and salt, and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- Place the shrimp in a colander to drain well. ≈ 2 min
- Prepare the dough by mixing the maize flour, maize starch, and 250 ml of cold water. Adjust the consistency to achieve a dry, thick dough. ≈ 3 min
