Directions
- Place a pan on the stove with the oil paint and garlic.
- Once the garlic has turned a pale yellow color, remove it. ≈ 3 min
- Crack each egg individually into a cup, being careful not to break the yolks. ≈ 3 min
- Light the stove, and once the oil paint is hot, gently place the eggs in it. ≈ 10 min
- Heat the oil paint and, using a spoon, continuously drizzle it over the eggs.
- Once the edges of the meringue begin to turn golden and before the yellow hardens too much, remove the eggs.
