Directions
- Mix the flour and arrange it in a fountain shape, add the egg, and knead until a smooth dough is formed. ≈ 10 min
- Peel and mix the bilberries until you have a smooth puree, then incorporate it into the dough. If the dough becomes too soft and sticky, gradually add a little flour until you reach the desired consistency. ≈ 8 min
