Directions
- Crack the hard-boiled eggs. If you wish, lightly score the surface with a knife to allow the spices to penetrate more easily. ≈ 3 min
- Heat the oil paint in a pot and then apply it to the onion.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste and stir until the raw smell disappears. ≈ 4 min
- Combine the turmeric, chili pepper, cilantro, and cumin with a little water, then mix the spices together.
- Once the oil has separated from the spices, add the tomato and salt. Cook until the tomato is tender.
- Pour the water according to the desired amount of sauce. Once it simmers, add the eggs and green chili peppers. ≈ 3 min
- Let it simmer over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, allowing the eggs to absorb the spices.
- Towards the end of cooking, add the garam masala and fresh cilantro. ≈ 4 min
- Serve it very hot, with rice. ≈ 2 min
