Directions
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
- Drain them and mash them with butter and a little milk to create a puree. ≈ 4 min
- Add the egg, fresh cheese, half of the mozzarella, and diced ham, mix well, and pour everything into a baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Top with the remaining mozzarella, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes at 175 °C (350 °F), removing the foil for the last 15 minutes.
