Directions
- Prepare the sourdough dough (consistency of thick cream) using the milk, yeast, a little sugar, and then add the flour. ≈ 3 min
- Let the dough rest in the warmest room in the house.
- Once the dough has risen, pour a little flour into a mixing bowl to prevent it from sticking, then add the eggs and the risen dough. ≈ 3 min
- Knead the dough until it easily separates from the bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Add the melted and cooled butter, along with a pinch of salt.
- Re-knead the dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rest in a warm place.
- Once the dough has doubled in size, shape it into balls and sprinkle with flour. ≈ 10 min
- When they start to rise again, bake for 10 minutes, covered, in a dishcloth placed over a pot of simmering water.
