Ingredients: approximately 40% alcohol, water, 150g of whole cane sugar, 1kg of dried apricots (without the pits), zest from 2 organic oranges (unprocessed), 1 cinnamon stick, and 6 jasmine flowers. Easy and delicious preparation, ideal for an aperitif or dessert.

Directions
- Let it caramelize in a pot until it reaches a caramel color.
- Moisten it with water. ≈ 3 min
- Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange zest, then simmer until the caramel is completely dissolved.
- Remove the pot from the heat and discard the cloves and cinnamon. ≈ 3 min
- Let the spice mixture cool.
- In the meantime, arrange the apricots in the sterilized jars. ≈ 3 min
- Add the brandy to the nuts and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Fill the glasses with juice until it slightly overflows the cherries, then close them tightly. ≈ 10 min
- Allow the dried fruits to marinate for at least two weeks, and replenish them regularly with water or rum, if desired, until they are full (Apricots tend to absorb a lot of liquid at the beginning, so it’s important to replenish them periodically).
