Directions
- Please have all the fish filleted (your fishmonger can do this for you). ≈ 8 min
- Dice the onions and sauté them in the oil. ≈ 8 min
- Combine the fish with the onions, then add the grated carrots, eggs, white pepper, salt, sugar, and water. ≈ 4 min
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients by hand, then divide the mixture into two equal portions. ≈ 4 min
- Place the bread in a greased baking dish and bake for approximately 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F).
