Directions
- Boil the milk with the added vanilla sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Once the milk has been boiled, pour it slowly over the egg and sugar mixture, stirring gently until a smooth mixture is formed.
- If possible, sift the mixture and let it rest for 5 minutes.

- Place the dish in the microwave for 13 to 20 minutes, depending on the power setting, until the mixture appears to be set.
- Next, place the dish in the oven under the broiler for a few minutes to give the custard a golden-brown color.
- Cover the dish and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (do not put the dish in the refrigerator while it is still hot!).
- Consume within 24 hours

- Cover the dish and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (do not put the dish in the refrigerator while it is still hot!).
- Consume within 24 hours
