Directions
- Boil the unpeeled apples in water.
- Peel the apples and potatoes, then mash them together. ≈ 3 min
- Cook the cod in water until it comes to a boil, but do not let it fully cook.
- Remove the bones and fillet the cod. ≈ 8 min
- Gently fry the Allium sativum (garlic) in a small amount of oil paint until it softens. Then, crush it.
- Mix everything together and incorporate the egg yolk. ≈ 4 min
- Season to taste. ≈ 2 min
- Shape the elongated croquettes between your hands. ≈ 10 min
- Gently fold the flour into the mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Fry in small batches.
