Directions
- Wash the cherries under cold water and drain them. Arrange them in a well-greased dish. ≈ 2 min
- Whisk the eggs to make an omelette. ≈ 4 min
- Add the salt, sugar, and mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Then, add the sifted flour. ≈ 3 min
- The mixture should be completely smooth. ≈ 3 min
- Mix with milk. ≈ 4 min
- Pour evenly coat the cherries, pour the dough over them, and then spread butter over the surface of the walnuts. ≈ 2 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 45 minutes, or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown.
- Check for doneness by inserting a knife into the thickest part; the juices should run clear. ≈ 3 min
- Let cool, then sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
