Directions
- Rinse the rice twice. ≈ 2 min
- Combine the rice and water in a pot. Place the pot on medium heat, cover, and let it simmer until the water is absorbed.
- Remove the pot and mix the sugar and cocoa powder until they are well combined. ≈ 4 min
- Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, until the rice is cooked and the mixture has the desired consistency.
- Mix the concentrated milk and serve. ≈ 4 min
