Directions
- Soak the chickpeas in water overnight, then drain them thoroughly.
- Place the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, cilantro, salt, yeast, and flour in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth paste. ≈ 4 min
- Shape the meatballs into round shapes using a spoon or a special mold. ≈ 3 min
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, and fry the meatballs until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
