Directions
- Drain the soaked chickpeas and blend them with a little water to create a slightly smooth, slightly grainy paste. ≈ 4 min
- Mix the onion, chili pepper, cilantro, turmeric, and salt into the dough. ≈ 4 min
- If the mixture is too loose, add a little flour to thicken it. ≈ 3 min
- Heat the oil paint in a deep pan, moisten your hands, and drop small, flattened spoonfuls of the paint onto the surface.
- Fry the potatoes in a medium-heat pan on both sides until they are golden brown.
- Pour remove excess oil paint, blot with paper towels and serve. ≈ 2 min
