Directions
- Bring the milk to a boil with the flavorings. Add the rice, cook, blend, and then strain. Prepare a crème catalane (Catalan cream) and a caramel sauce, then pour everything into the ice cream maker.
- Color the sausage with oil paint and butter. Add a cinnamon stick, lemon zest, Grenache wine, and hot water to taste. Simmer gently until the liquid is completely absorbed.
- Peel the Granny Smith apple, dice it into small pieces, and mix it with sugar, walnuts, and nutmeg.
- Remove the golden layer, add orange juice and lemon, cook for 5 minutes, then blend. Plate the dish.
