Catalan potatoes with garlic and parsley
Thinly sliced, baked apple wedges, gently cooked in a pan and then sprinkled with chopped garlic and parsley: a simple yet delicious side dish.
These Catalan potato cakes are prepared similarly to tortillas: sliced thinly and slowly cooked in lard. Garlic and parsley are added towards the end of cooking.
