- Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder together. ≈ 4 min

- Without stopping the mixing, add the milk and the mixture of flour, baking soda, and baking powder. ≈ 4 min
- Heat a palette with very hot oil paint.
- Place the cast iron molds in the pan.
