Directions
- Add the sugar and water to a metal pot, then heat over medium heat.
- Keep stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved. ≈ 4 min
- Take the pandan leaves, wash them thoroughly, then thread them together in a knot and place them in the syrup. ≈ 2 min
- Stir gently until the syrup begins to thicken slightly.
- Slice the bananas, removing the ends. ≈ 8 min
