Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Grease a rectangular baking dish measuring approximately 33 x 23 cm and set aside. ≈ 3 min
- Whip the eggs until they are frothy. ≈ 4 min
- Add the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Mix the flour, yeast, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Add this mixture to the egg preparation along with the cashew nuts. ≈ 3 min
- Pour, pour into the mold and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until it is fully set.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
