Directions
- Beat the melted butter and powdered sugar together for 25 to 30 minutes, adding the eggs one at a time.
- Add the vanilla extract and sifted flour, then knead the dough. Work the dough by hand for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Create 60 to 75 small balls and arrange them on parchment-lined plates. Draw a small circle of egg yolk on each one. ≈ 3 min
- Preheat the oven to 175-180 °C and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once the cookies are cooled, dust them with powdered sugar.
