Directions
- Fill the pot with enough water to cook 2 portions of linguine. ≈ 10 min
- Heat the saucepan over high heat, then add the vegetable stock cubes.
- As soon as the water starts to boil, add the linguine and the textured vegetable protein.
- Once the linguine is cooked, pour in most of the water, leaving about an inch of water at the bottom of the pot. ≈ 3 min
- Add butter, cheese, diced tomatoes, and herbs. ≈ 3 min
- Crush the garlic, add the cloves of garlic, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
