The Budwig cream combines yogurt, linseed oil, fruits, whole grains, and ground seeds. It can be prepared in just a few minutes and is enjoyed for breakfast.

  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed, or 2 tablespoons of raw, unpasteurized honey
  • 1 apple or other seasonal fruits
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly ground whole grains (oats, millet, hulled barley, quinoa, brown rice, or buckwheat)
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly ground whole, oily seeds (flax, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, almond, walnut, hazelnut, or pecan)
